Hotel Nox

A hidden gem in Ljubljana. Beautiful hotel and staff. Breakfast was pleasant and a good selection with attentive staff and good coffee. What else do you need? The room was clean with the basics. The hotel has everything we needed for a short visit to Ljubljana On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel "Nox" again. During my recent stay at your hotel, I was impressed by the level of attention to detail and personalized service I received. From the seamless check-in process to my accommodation, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. One of the characteristics of a truly outstanding hotel is its ability to anticipate the needs of its guests, where I would especially like to highlight your employee, Miss Sedef Bešić, who constantly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable during our stay.. I must start with the Welcoming receptionist, lovely girl with beautiful name that I´ve unfortunatelly forgotten. She was amazing, I used to work in a hotel as a Manager I would be the happiest to have such a wonderful girl at the reception. She was super nice. And that´s I guess has the most importatn effect on the overall stay. Room was very clean, spacious with a balcony, which had the mountains view. Worth paying a bit extra. Breakfast was also nice, there was everything necessary. Yet again very nice staff. Even though the location is not in the centre, once we were done sightseeing we went to the hotel and that is super close to the highway. We didn´t have to go during morning rush hour through the city. Plus there is free parking :) .

It was a nice room, great breakfast and nice staff. We had free parking in the hotel’s parking space, the hotel was also situated near a Lild supermarket and a gas station.

What I loved most is the customer-focused and friendly attitude of the staff. No matter who you talk to, they are all just as kind, friendly, generous and focused to serve all your needs as a guest.

New hotel with modern concept and attention to details in design. The room was quiet and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and always at disposal. We are very grateful for the kind service of the young man who was on night shift at the front desk.
